BioI am a mom of 3 who was waif thin in high school. As I have aged and had children, I find myself hating myself and my body. I am desperate to get the 30 extra pounds off. I have a friend who is older than me and has had 4 kids and she's so SKINNY and every time I see her I just want to cry because I have become so FAT.
